I am a RICS Registered Valuer with thirteen years’ experience in valuation and lease advisory services. I have significant experience in advising both investors and occupiers across a diverse range of asset types throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, and ROI. I advise on a range of asset types to include office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. I also advise on business rates consultancy across Northern Ireland, delivering strategic advice to reduce liabilities and support clients through the development process.
