The development site is situated adjacent to Cathcart’s Centra convenience store and petrol filling station. On the adjacent lands an agreement to lease has been signed with IONITY GmbH for 6no. EV chargers. There will be significant investment of over £1.5million of infrastructure on site. Each charging station provides 350 kW which will provide enough charging power to charge a car within 10-15 minutes.
